Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of suvodaderee.com and the calculators, guides, and other content published on it. By using the site, you agree to them.
What this page covers
The rules that apply while you use the site
The calculators and guides here are built to help U.S. workers estimate take-home pay and plan a monthly budget. The sections below set out what you may do on the site, what the tools can and cannot tell you, and how questions about these terms reach us.
Using the site
Personal use, fair load
Run the paycheck calculator, build a budget, read the salary research guide — all of it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Keep automated requests at a volume that leaves the site usable for everyone else.
What the tools do
Estimates, not payroll
Every figure the calculators return is an estimate built from the inputs you type and published tax rules. Your employer's payroll system is the record that pays you; a licensed professional is the source for advice on your situation.
Where we stand
Delaware law, plain answers
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. If a question about the site, a calculator result, or a budgeting guide is not answered here, write to us and we will answer it directly.

Use of the site
What you may do here
You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. That covers running the paycheck calculator, building a monthly budget, reading the salary research guide, and comparing pay frequencies and deductions.
Three things fall outside that permission. Do not interfere with how the site operates. Do not attempt to reach areas of the site that are not open to visitors. Do not run automated tools that pull content at a volume which affects service for other people.
Allowed
Personal calculations
Estimate take-home pay for your own job, run the budget builder for your own household, and keep the results for your records.
Allowed
Sharing a link
Send a calculator or guide page to a colleague, a friend, or a family member who is working out their own pay.
Not allowed
Bulk scraping
Automated requests that slow the site for other visitors, or that copy guide and calculator content for redistribution.
Not allowed
Interference
Attempts to reach restricted areas, disrupt the service, or place strain on the infrastructure that keeps the tools running.
Educational purpose only
What a calculator result actually is
A result from this site is an estimate, and it is worth knowing exactly where that estimate comes from before you use it. Here is how a figure travels from the input you type to the number on your screen.
What you enter
Gross pay, pay frequency, filing status, state
Your input
What we apply
Federal withholding, Social Security, Medicare, state rules
Published rules
What you get back
An estimated take-home figure and a deduction breakdown
An estimate
What it is not
Your employer's payroll record, or professional tax advice
Not advice
Pre-tax and post-tax deductions, employer-sponsored benefits, garnishments, and local taxes all move the number. If your situation includes any of them, treat the estimate as a starting point and check the figure against your own pay stub.
A budget you build here works the same way. It is a plan for a month, based on the numbers you put in, and it is not a substitute for guidance from a licensed professional who can see your full picture.
No warranty
Accuracy we work at, without a promise
The site and its content are provided as is. We make reasonable efforts to keep the calculators and guides accurate and current, but we do not warrant that results will be error-free, complete, or applicable to your specific situation.
Tax rules vary by jurisdiction and change over time. A rate that applied to a pay period last year may not apply to this one, and state treatment of a deduction can differ from federal treatment. Check anything you plan to act on against a current source.
Limitation of liability
Decisions made on the basis of an estimate
To the extent permitted by law, Suvoda Salary & Budgeting is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. That includes decisions you make on the basis of a calculator estimate — a job offer you compare, a monthly budget you set, or a savings target you choose.
Nothing on the site is a commitment to a particular financial outcome, and no result should be read as one. Where a decision carries real consequences, confirm the underlying figures before you act.
- Compare an estimate with your actual pay stub before making a decision.
- Treat a monthly budget as a plan you revise, not a fixed forecast.
- Ask a licensed professional when the stakes are personal and specific.
Intellectual property
Text, guides, and calculator logic
Content on the site — the text, the budgeting and salary guides, and the logic inside the calculators — is owned by Suvoda Salary & Budgeting or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may read it, use the tools, and keep your own results.
Reproducing or redistributing content without permission is not allowed, except for personal use. If you would like to reference a guide somewhere else, ask us first through the contact page and we will tell you what is possible.
Third-party links
Where a link leads
Some pages link to outside websites for reference. We are not responsible for their content, their practices, or whether they stay online, and a link does not mean we endorse what is on the other side of it.
When you follow a link away from suvodaderee.com, the terms and privacy practices of that site apply from that point on. Read them the same way you would read these.
Changes to these terms
When this page is updated
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The version on this page is the one that applies. If a change affects how a calculator result should be read, we revise the surrounding guide copy in the same pass so the explanation and the terms stay in step.

Common questions
Questions readers send about these terms
Can I use a calculator result as proof of my income?
No. The result is an estimate built from what you typed and published tax rules. It is useful for planning a monthly budget or comparing an offer, but the record that documents your income is your pay stub or the documentation your employer provides.
Does Suvoda store the numbers I type into a calculator?
The calculators work from the inputs you enter in the page. For details on what is collected when you browse the site, read the Privacy Policy — it explains the categories of information and how to reach us with a question about your own data.
Why does an estimate differ from my actual paycheck?
Pre-tax benefits, post-tax deductions, garnishments, local taxes, and mid-year changes to a withholding election all shift the number. The Pay Frequency & Deductions page walks through the ones that most often explain the gap.
May I quote a guide from this site somewhere else?
Ask first. Content on the site is owned by Suvoda Salary & Budgeting or its licensors, and personal use is the exception we allow without a request. Send the details through the contact page and we will tell you what is possible.
What happens if these terms change?
The updated version replaces the one on this page. Continuing to use the site after the change is posted means you accept the new terms, so it is worth checking this page when you return after a long gap.
